Joe's talent truly blossomed as Head Chef at The Brown Horse Inn in Winster, where his exceptional dishes garnered recognition from prestigious publications like The Times magazine and Romas Foord. After his success at The Brown Horse Inn, Joe sought new challenges, taking his expertise to a private shoot lodge nestled within the picturesque landscapes of Arles Beck.

Throughout his career, Joe has developed a distinct culinary style rooted in classic comfort food. He elevates these familiar dishes with modern techniques, creating a menu that is both refined and elegant.
